Telemarketing Executive Role

This role will be driving booking appointments as a follow up to a range of marketing activities.

Salary: $20-25 / per hour + commission

Start date: ASAP

Part Time: 10 – 20 hours per week

Working Hours: Flexible; can work around school day, childcare, and other commitments.

Location: On-site at our Bowie office: 4201 North View Dr. Suite 103, Bowie, MD 20716

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

  • Conduct 50 – 100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Update CRM database with accurate and relevant client information.
  • Perform background research and preparation for effective client interactions.
  • Manage follow-ups and reminders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Data management.

  • Passion for phone-based communication.
  • Exceptional telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
  • High level of accuracy in data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to detail, particularly in data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and general computer literacy.
